Cytomegalovirus (CMV) can be a life-altering reality for patients after solid organ transplant (SOT). Limited antivirals and rising resistance make treatment a challenge. Join Drs. Deepali Kumar and Raymund R. Razonable as they share practical, evidence-based strategies to tackle the most common serious infectious complication after SOT. The faculty will be joined by a patient who will speak directly about how her transplant journey was complicated by CMV and what it means for her to navigate this challenging infection on her path towards healing.
